The Project
Hurst was engaged to convert a Shell Coles Express in Kooragang Island into a new location for OTR.
As part of the project scope our team was responsible for everything from site establishment works to minor strip out works before attention turned to reinvigorating the convenience space and the external fuel canopy.
Internally, our team worked to create separate zones for the cafe outlet and the payment counter as well as dedicated aisle space so customers can pick up essentials or snacks for on the go.
Externally, consideration was given to the canopy upgrade to ensure that whether fuelling up a truck or car, the process was seamless.
