Guzman y Gomez Kotara

Guzman y Gomez, a well-established and ever-expanding Mexican casual dining and fast food restaurant chain, secured a 250sqm corner location for their new store in the bustling Kotara Home Centre.

Hurst was engaged to help with the fitout of this location. As such, the project included creating an internal dining space, installing amenities and a complete fitout of the back of house kitchen, customer service area and external dining space.

Utilising a mixture of unique materials from lush foliage, rustic timber and steel to Mexican Talavera tiles and engineered stone counter tops, this project had it all.

At the conclusion of this five week project, the entire Hurst team was proud to add such a thriving restaurant to our ever growing register of completed projects within the hospitality sector.
