NAB Penrith

Hurst was engaged to carry out full internal fitouts to select NAB retail banking branches throughout NSW in order to assist NAB's ability to adapt to the rapidly changing banking sector.

The aim of the fitout centred around NAB embarking on transforming their branches in order to provide employees with an environment that boosts morale and productivity while also ensuring that customers are treated to a seamless banking experience.

The team worked to rapid deadlines to ensure that no disruption was caused to NAB's loyal customers. As such, work on NAB Penrith's 350sqm of tenancy was broken down into stages. This way, the team could work to execute this 8 week fitout project all while keeping staff and customer impact low.

The finished product was a state-of-the-art format with an open plan layout that focused on self-service while also allowing for advice and support areas. Importantly for NAB, the finished product of branch fitouts also consisted of meeting rooms, electronic security, confidential rooms, ATM rooms, staff areas and workstations.
