Shell Viva Energy Rollout Program

Hurst has enjoyed a working relationship with Shell since 2014 when Shell sold their downstream businesses to VITOL conditional upon strict compliance with Shell Retail Brand Standards as a Shell Licensee.

Following a programme audit in 2015, Hurst was appointed to assist in the conversion of the 250+ sites. Scope varied from signage and light paint works, through to external canopy structural upgrades.

The Hurst team relied upon their extensive experience working within live retail environments to implement effective communication protocols and staging plans to minimise forecourt disruption.

All works were completed whilst stores remained fully operational, ensuring no impact on sales.
