Land 400 Puckapunyal

Our Victorian team was proud to be awarded the contract to provide construction works within the Puckapunyal Military Area.

Used as a mobilisation and training area during the course of World War I, the area was then converted into an established military camp in 1939.

Over the decades the area has transformed into the Headquarters of the Combined Arms Training Centre, School of Armour, School of Artillery, School of Transport, Army Knowledge Centre and Joint Logistics Unit.

For the last few years Hurst has been working to upgrade this military area even further with the addition of 15 new buildings.

Our project work, as part of the Armoured Fighting Facilities Program, will ensure critical upgrades to Australia's defence infrastructure. By providing personnel with innovative and adaptable facilities, today's and tomorrow's training is better supported.
