Mixed-use developments are becoming increasingly popular across the country.
With more customers wanting a one-stop shopping experience, retailers are looking to craft super centres.
Seamlessly mixing retail, hospitality, commercial and even residential offerings, mixed-use developments are the new frontier.
Hurst has successfully delivered mixed-use developments across both Sydney and Melbourne, helping our clients cater to the needs of their valued customers.
We are proud to add another mixed-use development, this time in Auburn, to our project portfolio.
Hurst was awarded the contract to design and fitout two powerhouse hospitality tenancies to turn an Auburn shopping complex into a super centre.
The project was broken down into stages to ensure key milestones could be met.
Stage one encompassed the construction and fitout of a new McDonald’s location, complete with drive thru.
Stage two involved the construction and fitout of a new Starbucks Australia location. This new store offers dine in and takeaway options through the restaurant and drive thru facilities.
Stage three included the refurbishment of the external facade of the existing Amart mega retail store.
During the course of the twelve month construction programme our team of total capability specialists worked with the clients, designers and tenants to create an uncompromising space.
Having delivered mixed use developments across the country, we used our knowledge and expertise to ensure that attention to detail remained high across the entire project. This meant taking into consideration everything from the positioning of restaurant infrastructure to the flow of the accompanying drive thrus and car parking spaces.
When you work with Hurst on a mixed use development you can trust our ability to create a functional, seamless space.
From planning to completion, our expert team delivers quality construction tailored to your vision. Share your project details today, and let’s build something exceptional together.
