NSW - Industrial - Refurbishment
Hurst was invited to refurbish an industrial complex at Northmead that, just weeks before, was destroyed by fire.
As part of our project scope we were responsible for the refurbishment of five internal units, measuring over 6000m2 of total space.
With each internal unit requiring works to be completed to their exact specifications, we worked with all stakeholders to deliver the project in stages.
Our collaborative approach that champions communication laid the platform needed to complete all refurbishments on time and on budget.
