Fuel and convenience offerings are simultaneously broad and also, ever changing. With increased competition in the market, each brand has to make a concerted effort to stand out.
In order to stay ahead of the game 7-Eleven introduced into the market the notion of fresh baked goods. By offering customers with an array of different choices, this powerhouse brand create a unique point of difference from competitors.
As a valued client, we were happy to help 7-Eleven unveil their latest offering – the Daily Fresh Bakery Program.
To deliver the program, 7-Eleven needed to upgrade their back of house kitchen facilities in order to obtain the relevant food license.
As such, work encompassed the installation of new sink units, custom joinery and plumbing solutions, as well as bespoke splashbacks, shelving units and high-end tapware. In select stores, the project scope also required the installation of purpose-built bakery units.
To help 7-Eleven deliver on this innovative program our team worked across NSW to provide the fitout work necessary to facilitate the new offering.
Working in live environments and outside traditional operating hours the number one goal was to minimise customer disruptions. This meant ensuring that all 7-Eleven locations could operate as usual so as to service their dedicated customers.
Key to our success is leading with communication and fostering collaboration so that everyone can be on the same page. With the Hurst principles of hard work, honesty and humility guiding operations, we were able to deliver on our promise to help 7-Eleven introduce something new into the highly competitive market.
