One of our Melbourne projects was Clyde North Lifestyle Centre. The large format retail precinct was expanding to include popular brands such as Hungry Jack’s.
Located within a major growth corridor in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs, the construction programme needed to be concise and precise in order to better service the drastic increase in demand.

Project Scope
Hurst’s portion of works centred around delivering a Hungry Jack’s location within the precinct that not only met the retailer’s – but also the development team’s – wishes and guidelines.
With communication and collaboration at the forefront of our operations, we were able to navigate the objectives of the different stakeholders.
As part of the centre was already open, we safely navigated an operating environment where there was already bustling customer activity.
At the conclusion of the project we were proud to deliver a functional and well-designed Hungry Jack’s location complete with Jack’s Cafe, playground, Drive Thru and car park spaces.
