Retail brands need to re-brand and re-imagine offerings in order to stay fresh and relevant in a highly competitive operating sector.
When looking at refurbishment projects, a lot of retailers are hesitant due to the impact on customers.
With Hurst, we implement a business as usual approach.
This means that, while your brand is getting an upgrade, your customers can still access your service offerings.
Adept at working in live environments we pay attention to details big and small to ensure the best experience possible.
Where applicable, we also work after hours to ensure that there is no impact on customers.
Hurst was engaged by Country Road to help deliver a fitout project that incorporated de-fitting the existing footprint before upgrading the fixtures and fittings to reflect the new brand standards and clothing offers.
Working across the Mens, Womens and Kids offers, we carried out the works simultaneously across the state. This meant that every David Jones with a Country Road tenancy closed for the night one day and opened the next day completely transformed.
Despite starting late and working into the early hours of the next morning, the team was able to execute a flawless defit and refurbishment.
With retail there is no margin for error as every fixture and fitting needs to be installed perfectly, any defects will result in hangers not sitting correctly or floor displays appearing uneven. All of which takes away from the overall aesthetics.
Our team of total capability construction specialists knows what it takes to excel in the retail environment. With an unparalleled level of attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering uncompromising spaces we were able to hand over a project that exceeded expectations.
