The Project
Marketed as a drive-thru coffee spot that also serves food items such as salads and sandwiches, Frankie’s Coffee aims to revolutionise the coffee experience.
To help them along this journey, our Victorian team worked to construct a dual-lane drive thru complete with covered ordering points.
Our team and trusted network of subcontractors were on-site in this regional Victorian suburb for five months as we worked to create something special from the ground up.
The Experience
With an 85sqm building envelope, every inch of this project needed to be perfect in order to contribute to the overall vision.
From safety aspects involved with dual-lane drive thrus to ensuring proper coverage over the ordering points and the correctly designed space inside to create customer’s orders, there were a lot of different moving parts.
One of the great parts about bespoke projects is the ability to be involved with something that is completely unique.
While we have been involved with project work on full-sized cafes before, this project was special. Along with providing total capability construction services, we also took away project specific learnings that will help inform our approach to other builds, no matter the scale.
