As a total capability construction company we’ve had the pleasure of working on thousands of projects. Some of these projects have been bespoke, others have been critical to essential infrastructure and some have been part of national rollout programs.
One of the rollout programs we’ve helmed was the introduction of Jack’s Cafe into select Hungry Jack’s stores across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.
As a builder of choice for Hungry Jack’s we were thrilled to extend our expertise of working with the brand and showcase our ability to help our clients implement change while ensuring a business-as-usual approach.
In a highly competitive sector QSR brands need to implement initiatives that will both attract and retain customers.
For Hungry Jack’s, a unique selling point was their Jack’s Cafe offer. Promising handcrafted and ethically sourced coffee, Jack’s Cafe products can be accessed whether dining-in or opting for the drive thru.
With the offering accessible throughout Hungry Jack’s, the rollout program centred around upgrading the infrastructure as well as the internal and external signage.
To upgrade the future customer experience without impacting the current one, our team worked during the night to implement the necessary upgrades.
Our project team and trusted subcontractors employed this approach on the 68 sites across the eastern seaboard to ensure client satisfaction.
We are extremely proud of this project because it encapsulates the Hurst experience. As a hardworking, honest and humble company, we utilise our experience and expertise to get the job done.
We quietly go about our work to ensure that we can deliver uncompromising spaces for our valued clients. Adopting a business-as-usual approach to works means we can offer a key point of difference for our clients.
