The Project

Located in the NSW suburb of Nowra is a KFC location that enjoys high traffic seven days a week.

To provide loyal customers with the best KFC experience possible, Southern Restaurants wanted to update the store in order to better align the Nowra location with the latest brand standards.

This resulted in a scope of works that encompassed both internal and external upgrades. Think new KFC branding inside and out, a fresh dining room, digital ordering kiosks and expanded back of house facilities.

The Hurst Experience

Refurbishing a location makes sense on paper, however, it can be hard to rationalise the upgrades with the disruptions it may cause to customers and staff.

That’s where Hurst comes in.

We employ a business-as-usual approach to refurbishment works to ensure that you can better the future of your business without hindering the present.

Not only does our team work day and night, we also stage construction plans so that, in the case of KFC, when the internal work was being done, customers could still access the drive thru. This meant that, when the drive thru was undergoing upgrades, customers could order inside.
