It’s this expertise that has seen us work with PC Infrastructure on a number of occasions to deliver conversion works to key Shell Coles Express sites across NSW.
We have also had the pleasure of working with the team at PC Infrastructure to construct new services which are currently in progress in Nowra, Worrigee and Goulburn.

The Project
Our project team is currently out on site beginning site establishment works so that we have the foundation needed to meet the tight construction programme.
Overall, our team will be responsible for both internal and external conversions works as we turn a Shell Coles Express in Pennant Hills into a new OTR site.
Externally, we will look to refurbish the fuel canopy and associated fuel bowsers to match the new brand standards. Forecourt works will also be taking place to ensure maximised efficiencies.
Internally our team will be focused on converting the existing control room into a convenience hub to house the facilities synonymous with the OTR brand. These works will include installing new ceilings, floor and wall finishes and creating a dedicated payment and coffee counter.
