The Project
Our team was responsible for the internal and external conversions works needed to turn a Shell Coles Express in Pennant Hills NSW into a new OTR site.
Externally, we looked to refurbish the fuel canopy and associated fuel bowsers to match the new brand standards. Forecourt works were also part of the construction programme to ensure cohesion.
Internally our team focused on converting the existing control room into a convenience hub to house the facilities synonymous with the OTR brand. These works included everything from installing new ceilings, floor and wall finishes to creating a dedicated payment and coffee counter.
