Over the course of our two decades in operation we’ve had the pleasure of working with the biggest names in the fuels + convenience sector.
Across our offices we’ve executed national rollout programs, erected service stations from the ground up and worked to refurbish existing entities to align them with current operating sector and design standards.
Our latest batch of projects in this sector has been for the team at PC Infrastructure. Across NSW we are working to build new locations and convert Shell Coles Express sites into OTR premises.
Hurst was tasked with transforming a Shell Coles Express into an OTR location.
Across the four week programme we worked to transform the existing fuel canopy and fuel pumps to upgrade them in line with the latest design standards. The forecourt was also subject to further infrastructure and landscaping upgrades.
A large portion of the project scope revolved around transforming the control building into a functional and practical convenience area for patrons.
The existing internal structures were striped down to the bones and our team worked to install new ceilings and wall structures to account for a brand new toilet space and the amenities involved with bringing an OTR store to life.
At the conclusion of the project we were proud to hand over this location to a very happy client.
With a strong presence on site our team were able to coordinate the various trades on site to precision.
Prioritising communication and collaboration also meant that our network of trades could maximise time on site to ensure that the next stage of works could be completed according to plan.
With the project site handed over, OTR got to work stocking the shelves and delivering the fuel that will power this location for many years to come.
