At Hurst we build partnerships. These partnerships have enabled us to enjoy high levels of repeat business from some of the largest brands in the country. They’ve also provided us with opportunities to helm national rollout programs.
Since 2014 we’ve been the builder of choice for Shell, partnering with them to deliver projects across the country. This relationship helped us to tender for and later be awarded the Shell Viva Energy Rollout Program.

The Programme
When Shell sold their downstream businesses to VITOL conditional upon strict compliance with Shell Retail Brand Standards as a Shell licensee, Hurst conducted a programme audit.
From there, we assisted in the conversion of more than 250 locations across the country.
Each of the 250 locations possessed a different scope therefore works ranged from signage installation and light paint work to upgrades to structures such as the external canopies.

Having worked in the fuels + convenience sector on many occasions we were able to implement a well informed and highly efficient staging plan.
With the goal of minimising forecourt disruptions, our project team worked to our methodology, delivery all 250 locations while each store remained fully operational.
