Our team were proud to complete extensive fitout works in order to bring the lobby and end of trip facilities (EOTF) in line with the modern office spaces.

The Project
As part of our project scope we worked to install everything from custom joinery to digital signage boards and updated brand signage.
To help facilitate those looking to walk or bike to work or attend fitness classes before clocking on, our team constructed EOTF.
From storage spaces and locker rooms to showers and ironing facilities, along with a dedicated drying room and air-conditioned changing areas, the upgrades were extensive.
The Outcome
With dedicated and high-end facilities, Waterloo Junction is a standout when it comes to office spaces in Queensland.
Mixing the needs of the traditional office with the modern worker, this commercial hub is a unique selling point for businesses looking to attract new personnel, or for those looking to entice employees back to working in the office.
Paying close attention to the finer details that make up the big picture, our QLD team were able to deliver a space that was equal parts aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Working to upgrade this office precinct was a fantastic opportunity for our team to not only display our suite of total capability construction solutions, but to learn about a new setting. With experience comes expertise and we were glad to add this project to our portfolio of work.
