VIC - Mixed-Use - Design + Construct

Hurst is proudly working with our repeat and highly valued client Epic Group to deliver another new project together.

Awarded under a d+c contract, this project has encompassed the considered design of a BP petrol station, food and beverage outlet and multi-functional car wash facility.

Currently, our team is on-site in the Victorian suburb of Fraser Rise as we look to deliver this project in line with the comprehensive design.

Having worked on mixed-use developments before, we are looking forward to utilising our expertise to deliver another uncompromising space for our client.

The Project

Hurst has been working since the end of 2025 on the designs for this exciting new development.

In the middle of 2026 once the designs and documentations were approved, our team arrived on-site to begin establishment and other preparation works.

We are looking forward to delivering a new petrol and convenience location with attached food and beverage outlet as well as a free standing car wash with 2 auto bays, 2 manual bays and 2 vacuum bays.
