Hurst is extremely proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract to develop a multi-million dollar mixed use development in Sydney’s Surry Hills.
Located on Crown Street, this development will incorporate the heritage fabric of the existing structure and architecturally crafted elements to deliver a new chapter.
With a storied history in the commercial construction industry, we are looking forward to the opportunity to be involved in such a development.
Over the course of the fourteen month programme, our team of total capability construction specialists will be on hand to ensure that by August 2027, this exciting new development will be open to the public.

The Project
Crown Street is an exciting, multi-dimensional project.
Our team will be working to in some portion, demolish existing structures and in other areas, retain the significant heritage fabric of 604-610 Crown Street.
This work will lay the foundation to create a new mixed-use development that has been designed to feature ground floor retail outlets, upper level commercial offices and lower level ground parking.
With demolition works set to kick off before the end of June, our team is looking forward to getting this project off the ground for our new client, architectural partner and superintendent.
