The Brief
During one of Melbourne’s lockdowns Hurst was awarded the contract to provide fitout works to Industrie’s footprint in Myer, Chadstone.
The updated design centred around the installation of white LED illuminated cabinetry and large format light boxes.
Acting as a point of difference amongst other displays, the design also served to highlight the diversity of Industrie’s offering and how their clothes can be styled to suit different occasions.
The Delivery
Referred to as the fashion capital, every inch of Chadstone is flawlessly executed. As such, the Hurst team worked not only to our client’s standards, but also to the standards of the broader environment.
During the course of this project we also had to contend with COVID lockdowns and the various restrictions that were implemented upon individuals and businesses. While this was an obstacle to navigate, our ability to adapt on the run was highlighted to our first-time client.
In retail environments where you are engaged by a brand who is a tenant in a shop, you have to be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all key stakeholders. With a culture that emphasises transparency and communication, we were able to exceed all expectations.
